Well, as you can guess from the title of my blog, I did not lose a pound since Monday. Very strange but I think it has to due to 2 factors:
1) on Monday I was weighed before I ate my breakfast
2) I had a luncheon for work and I picked a garden salad but I had a lemon vinegrette dressing and it probably had sugar in it and other fat I cannot have
So I am hoping that Friday's weigh-in will show weight loss as I was hoping to lose 5lbs by the end of the week.
Feeling frustrated but its so hard when you go for lunch and there are no healthy choices - especially for people like me who are on a strict diet. But I could have done worse and ordered the pasta or burger on the menu and instead I ordered a garden salad.
Also, for now on I will eat my breakfast and get weighed afterward so that my results are the same. I'm sure that if I ate my breakfast on Monday, my weight would have been higher and I wouldn't have shown as big of loss as I did on Monday. So I guess it evened out in the end.
I'm still down 11lbs and my 2-week goal on Monday was 208-211 and I'm at 207.2 so I am still meeting it. My next 2-week goal (Feb 1st) is 198-202 so I hope I can meet it.
Well, wish me luck for Friday! I will need it!
