Well I went down again since Friday. Lost exactly 1 lb. I also lost a total of 3 lbs since last Monday. Not too shabby. I got some good tips for my sister's wedding reception weekend so I have now decided to continue with the diet until the end. I'm going to enjoy myself at her wedding and not worry too much about my diet (I will make conscious decisions).

Starting Weight as of Jan 5, 2010: 218.4
Total Weight Loss: 53.2 lbs
Weight loss to go: 35.2 lbs
It's my birthday on Thursday this week. Not sure what I'm going to do. My husband, bless his heart, wants to treat me to a nice dinner out but it's so hard to go out for dinner and enjoy yourself when you are on this diet!!! I haven't decided if I'm going to treat myself on my b-day or not. Another big decision to make!! I also see the doctor at the clinic on Friday too so that is why I'm leary of cheating a bit on Thursday. I may just allow myself a little treat for my b-day and not go all out and blow the whole day. I have to learn to get through these tough times and make wiser choices. I've always been used to eating whatever on those special occasions and not thinking about it. Now, b/c I've lost so much weight and spent so much money, I don't want to blow the diet for one night of bliss.
