So I did go down today - but not by much - just by 0.6 lbs. I guess its better than gaining weight! I was discouraged until I saw what I weighed last Friday and comparing it I'm still down about 3 lbs since last Friday. I'm down a total of 15.8 lbs since Jan 5th which isn't bad. I just wish I was down more. My 2-week goal for Monday is 198-202 and I weigh 202.6. I hope I make my 2-week goal! I'm not cheating, drinking the required amount of water and everything. I think my PCOS is partially to blame but I'm not sure. I guess I shouldn't complain as I never used to be able to lose weight - at least not like this! I am jsut impatient as I want to get below 200 and my body seems to want to stay in the 200's!
