Well, not much new to report today. I went down 0.8 lbs since Monday. However, I usually have my best weight loss over the weekend for some reason so I should go down again on Monday. If I go down lots over of the course of a weekend, I won't lose much during the week - I think its my body's way of losing weight gradually.
I met with the Doctor today. She said my weight might not be budging much due to the fact that I have been taking cold medication which often interfers with weight loss. I've been taking Buckley's daytime/nighttime tablets since Monday. She gave me some other suggestions for some cold pills to take but not sure if I will need them anymore as I'm starting to slowly feel better now.
Here's my results:
Current weight as of Apr 23/10: 168.6
Starting Weight as of Jan 5th: 218.4
Weight loss to date: 49.8 lbs
Weight loss to go: 38.6

This blog has been super helpful! I have been considering going on Bernstein's and I am going to sign up next week. I really hope you continue with it and keep updating! It's great to hear someone else's story.

I am going to keep up with the blogs! I hope to reach my goal weight by the end of July at the latest so I will be blogging for many more months. Once I'm on maintanence I will also be blogging my experiences.
